Q: My tracking number says it's invalid?
A: This means the item was packed and the label was created, but the shipping company has not scanned it into their system yet. When you get a tracking number before 3pm EST on a day, it will validate that evening. After 3pm, it will be picked up by the carrier the next day.
Q: My tracking number is not showing up in (FEDEX, UPS, USPS) system!?
A: Copy your tracking number and google search it, the correct carrier will be your result. USPS numbers are long and usually start with a 9. FedEx numbers start with a 7 and are shorter. UPS numbers start with 1Z.
Q: Do you have Sabian Custom Shop Cymbal X in stock?
A: No, we sold out of all of the custom shop pieces. We no longer carry Sabian products.
Q: I have a return/damaged item, what do I do?
A: E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org a picture of the damage, and an explanation of the issue. We must receive this via e-mail before phone assistance can help at all.
